Commissioning

Through close collaboration during commissioning, we build strong relationships with equipment manufacturers, positioning ICA as their preferred regional service and commissioning partner for ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization well beyond initial startup.

Process Troubleshooting

Expert diagnosis and resolution of complex issues in process chemistry, equipment performance, hydraulics, treatment efficacy, and control logic. We deliver rapid fixes with minimal disruption to production or treatment operations.

Water, Wastewater, and Pretreatment Design & Support

Custom process design, equipment specification (new or used—Owner preference), stamped plans and specifications, and ongoing technical support for drinking water treatment, industrial pretreatment, wastewater treatment plants, and related systems. We focus on treatment efficiency, chemical optimization, regulatory compliance (e.g., pretreatment and reuse discharge permits), and sustainable operations.

Third-Party Pilot Testing & Equipment Evaluation

Independent pilot studies and performance testing of industrial manufacturing equipment and water/wastewater treatment equipment for manufacturers lacking in-house resources or seeking unbiased validation. Leveraging hands-on expertise with diverse technologies and manufacturers, we design, operate, and document rigorous on-site or trailer-based pilots to demonstrate contaminant removal, process efficiency, and compliance.

We provide objective data, detailed reports, and recommendations that support sales, regulatory approvals, and client confidence in municipal, industrial, agricultural, and pretreatment applications.

Seepage Testing

We provide seepage testing for wastewater and reuse treatment systems, ensuring accurate data collection, statistical validation, and clear reporting to meet DEQ standards. We handle the full process, from developing and submitting your site-specific testing procedure for DEQ approval to conducting the test and preparing the sealed report.
